Rising Army: Team Gold

PATAGONIA – It’s been practically three years since we last saw the Team Gold in any type of major army status.

The biggest sizes TG reached: a circle at the ice rink using flower emotes.

The original golden army, created by Saint Spice on March 9, 2009 made their official comeback on June 2, 2013.  There have been many remakes of this old army on various sites, however this generation will take place on one of the original sites back in 2009 and is lead by an old TG owner by the name of Ace.  In the past, Team Gold’s claim to fame has been being involved with wars against the Watex Warriors.

Over the course of eleven days they have already had seven events.  Team Gold has even gone far enough to declare war on the Reds, yet it appears that the invasions have been cancelled due to small sizes this week.  Last week, on the other hand, is a completely different story.  TG was able to max sizes of up to ten or more.

On June 6, 2013 the army invaded Altitude, only to end up sharing it with the well-known army Chaos.  No other army came to appose TG, but that didn’t stop them from conquering the server.

The above picture is from an unscheduled event also on June 6, 2013.  Xenophik (rank unkown) was proud, making it clear that this was their most successful event in quite a long time.  Not everything has been fun and games over at Team Gold recently, Ace has become aggravated that the army hasn’t performed as well as it did a week ago:

Team Gold, are we a weekday army? Looks that way. When it comes to a scheduled event that has been posted on the site for a week, we max 7. A WHOOPING 7. Come on…

Despite the army having only been around for a couple weeks now, they have gone through many leadership changes with the impeachment of Ritj for a lack of leadership skills and Garrettjr being fired for being too inexperienced.  If you ask me, those things should have been considered before you hired them.

What do YOU think?  Will TG make a successful comeback?  Let us know in the comments below!
